Summer Internship Housing

Quinnipiac is excited to offer summer intern housing for Summer 2026.

Building on the success of last year, we are pleased to provide a safe, convenient living option for students completing internships throughout Connecticut. Our goal is to support employers and interns by ensuring access to comfortable, reliable housing that helps students focus on gaining meaningful professional experience.

Reservation Details

On Campus Housing will be available from Sunday, May 17 - Sunday, August 2, 2026.

(based on availability)

To be approved for intern housing you must meet the following requirements:

Currently be enrolled as a student at a college/university
18 years of age or older
Be able to show proof of a current internship or job at a company or organization.

Weekly Pricing

Current Quinnipiac Students - $320 per week

Non-Quinnipiac Students - $350 per week

*Weeks cannot be prorated.

Contract & Payment Schedule

Current Quinnipiac Students - This form is collecting interest only for Quinnipiac students. No deposit is necessary at this time. QU Housing will reach out to you directly in April with the contract and payment information.

Non-Quinnipiac Student - A signed contract and non-refundable $50 summer housing fee is required to hold your room reservation. If your company/organization is sponsoring the cost of your summer housing, the Conference & Events team will work directly with the company representative on payment. Full payment will be due by May 1st.

Cancellation

Current Quinnipiac Students - No cancellation fees or deadlines.

Non-Quinnipiac Students - Cancellations prior to May 1st will receive a full refund minus the $50 fee. Any cancellations after May 1st, will be non-refundable.

Important Information

Please be aware that in the summer months campus dining options are limited and/or operate on reduced hours.
All summer housing assignments will have a communal kitchen where guests will need to provide their own cooking utensils and food.
Guests are expected to bring their own bedding, linen and toiletries.
Guests are required to clean their own living areas as personal cleaning services are not offered.
Non-Registered Guests are not permitted in the residence halls overnight.
Parking and a gym membership are complimentary (registration required).

Housing Options for Summer 2026

Housing for current Quinnipiac students will be located in The Hill on the Mount Carmel Campus (subject to change).

Housing for non-Quinnipiac students will be located in Eastview on the York Hill Campus in Hamden, Connecticut.

Free and convenient parking is available at both locations and are easily accessible from I-91, I-95, and the Merritt Parkway.

Eastview Room Amenities

Fully air-conditioned residence hall
Common area furnished with a table, 4 chairs, an armchair and a small sofa
Bedrooms furnished with twin extra-long bed, desk, chair and wardrobe
Apartments have 2 separate, full bathrooms and a full kitchen.

The Hill Room Amenities

Fully air-conditioned residence hall
Apartments have 1 bathroom with 1 shower, 2 sinks & 2 toilets
Full kitchen with stove & full-size fridge
Each apartment has a patio or balcony

Extras

Laundry rooms available on-site
Snack and drink vending machines
Free and conveniently located parking
Free wireless internet
Access to RecWell (Recreation/Fitness Center) on the main campus, located minutes from York Hill.
Access to outdoor facilities including basketball and volleyball courts, a walking trail and picnic tables.

Please note, the dining hall on York Hill Campus may not be open for Summer 2026. Guests will have access to the Mount Carmel dining hall and all suites come equipt with a full kitchen.
